A growing proportion of our research is linked to policy development: locally, nationally and internationally. Peter Styring is an Associate Fellow in the Understanding of Politics and has participated in the Royal Society Westminster Pairing Scheme, spending time with the Foreign & Commonwealth Office in 2015. The work promotes carbon dioxide utilisation, air quality and the circular economy with a focus on minimising waste while generating income: with environmental impact and social justice at the heart of the policy development.
